أعرب مدرب برشلونة هانز فليك عن سعادته بقرار إدارة ناديه تجديد عقد المهاجم المصري الشاب حمزة عبدالكريم.
وكان النادي الكتالوني قد أعلن أمس (الجمعة) توصله إلى اتفاق مع حمزة عبدالكريم لتجديد عقده حتى 2030، على أن يُجرى توقيع العقد الثلاثاء القادم في مكتب رئيس نادي برشلونة جوان لابورتا، ثم سيتحدث حمزة إلى وسائل الإعلام في المكتب التجاري للنادي.
مشروع واعد لمستقبل النادي
وقال فليك خلال المؤتمر الصحفي الذي يسبق مباراة ليفانتي المقررة غداً (الأحد) في الليغا: «حمزة قدم أداءً جيداً في فترة الإعداد للموسم، ويتنافس مع لاعبين آخرين على هذا المركز، إنه لاعب من نوع مختلف تماماً، لا نمتلك مثله حالياً في الفريق، ومشروع واعد لمستقبل النادي، لقد أحسن النادي صنعاً بالإبقاء عليه».
وأضاف: «لدينا ثلاثة لاعبين يؤدون في مركز المهاجم الصريح: رافينيا، غابرييل جيسوس، وحمزة، لكن غوردون وأدييمي قادران أيضاً على اللعب في هذا المركز، كما أظهر أولمو في العامين الماضيين قدرته على اللعب كمهاجم صريح، وكذلك فيرمين».
واختتم: «يقدم رافينيا مستوى استثنائياً في مركز المهاجم هذا الموسم، إنه لاعب مذهل، إذا استمر على هذا المنوال، فسيكون في رأيي من أفضل لاعبي العالم».
تألق سريع
وخطف حمزة عبدالكريم، البالغ من العمر 18 عاماً، الأضواء بتألقه في فترة الإعداد تحت قيادة المدرب هانز فليك، إذ سجل أربعة أهداف.
وخاض اللاعب أول مباراة رسمية له مع برشلونة ضد رايو فاليكانو على ملعب «كامب نو» في 31 أغسطس الماضي، ضمن منافسات الدوري الإسباني (لا ليغا).
Barcelona coach Hans Flick expressed his happiness with the club’s decision to renew the contract of young Egyptian striker Hamza Abdelkarim.
The Catalan club announced yesterday (Friday) that it had reached an agreement with Hamza Abdelkarim to extend his contract until 2030, with the signing of the contract scheduled for next Tuesday at the office of Barcelona president Joan Laporta, after which Hamza will speak to the media at the club’s commercial office.
A promising project for the club’s future
Flick said during the press conference ahead of the match against Levante scheduled for tomorrow (Sunday) in La Liga: “Hamza has performed well in the preseason, and he is competing with other players for this position. He is a completely different type of player; we currently do not have anyone like him in the team, and he is a promising project for the club’s future. The club has done well to keep him.”
He added: “We have three players performing in the striker position: Raphinha, Gabriel Jesus, and Hamza, but Gordon and Adeyemi are also capable of playing in this position, as Olmo has shown in the past two years that he can play as a striker, as well as Firmin.”
He concluded: “Raphinha is delivering an exceptional level in the striker position this season; he is an amazing player. If he continues like this, he will be, in my opinion, one of the best players in the world.”
Rapid brilliance
Hamza Abdelkarim, who is 18 years old, has captured attention with his brilliance during the preseason under coach Hans Flick, scoring four goals.
The player made his official debut with Barcelona against Rayo Vallecano at the “Camp Nou” on August 31, as part of the Spanish league (La Liga) competition.
