يعتمد اليوم (الثلاثاء) الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم «FIFA»، القوائم النهائية للمنتخبات المشاركة في مونديال 2026 والذي ينطلق يوم 11 يونيو الجاري في الولايات المتحدة وكندا والمكسيك.
وأوضح «FIFA» أن اعتماد القوائم النهائية ستدخل حيز التنفيذ سيتم رسميا من اليوم (الثلاثاء)، مع فتح الباب فقط لحالات استثنائية محدودة تتعلق بالإصابات الخطيرة أو الأمراض الطارئة.
وبين الاتحاد الدولي أن استبدال أي لاعب بعد اعتماد القائمة النهائية لن يكون ممكنا إلا من خلال لاعب موجود أصلا في القائمة الأولية المعتمدة مسبقا، وذلك في حال تعرض اللاعب لإصابة قوية أو مرض شديد، وبشرط أن يتم التبديل قبل 24 ساعة كحد أقصى من المباراة الأولى للمنتخب في البطولة، وفق التقرير الذي نشره موقع «RT».
كما أشار «FIFA» إلى أنه يسمح باستبدال حارس المرمى في أي وقت خلال المنافسات، في حال تعرض الحارس الأساسي لإصابة أو وعكة صحية تمنعه من الاستمرار، على أن يكون الحارس البديل ضمن القائمة الأولية أيضا.
وأضاف الاتحاد أن المنتخبات تمتلك حرية الإعلان عن قوائمها في أي توقيت تراه مناسبا قبل الموعد النهائي، إلا أن القوائم لا تصبح رسمية وملزمة إلا بعد اعتمادها النهائي من قبل «FIFA» اليوم 2 يونيو.
وتشهد نسخة 2026 من كأس العالم تحولا تاريخيا بزيادة عدد المنتخبات إلى 48 فريقا، في نظام توسعة يهدف إلى توسيع المشاركة العالمية ورفع عدد المباريات في البطولة.
Today (Tuesday), the International Football Federation “FIFA” will approve the final lists of the teams participating in the 2026 World Cup, which kicks off on June 11 in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
FIFA clarified that the approval of the final lists will officially take effect today (Tuesday), with only limited exceptional cases related to serious injuries or emergency illnesses allowed.
The international federation indicated that replacing any player after the final list has been approved will only be possible with a player who is already on the previously approved preliminary list, in the event that the player suffers a serious injury or severe illness, provided that the substitution occurs at least 24 hours before the team’s first match in the tournament, according to a report published by “RT”.
FIFA also noted that a goalkeeper can be replaced at any time during the competitions if the starting goalkeeper suffers an injury or health issue that prevents him from continuing, as long as the substitute goalkeeper is also on the preliminary list.
The federation added that teams have the freedom to announce their lists at any time they see fit before the final deadline, but the lists do not become official and binding until they are finally approved by FIFA today, June 2.
The 2026 World Cup will witness a historic shift with an increase in the number of teams to 48, in an expansion system aimed at broadening global participation and increasing the number of matches in the tournament.
