تعرّض الفنان التركي كيفانش تاتليتوغ لأزمة قانونية جديدة بعد حادثة خطيرة وقعت داخل منزله أثناء تنفيذ أعمال ترميم، وأسفرت عن إصابة عامل تركماني بجروح بالغة عقب سقوطه من سطح المنزل في منطقة جوكتُرك بإسطنبول.
ووفق تقارير إعلامية تركية، فإن العامل باهادور يانجبييف نُقل إلى المستشفى ووُضع في العناية المركزة بسبب خطورة حالته.
وخلال التحقيقات، أوضح صاحب الشركة المسؤولة عن أعمال الترميم أن شخصًا قدّم نفسه باعتباره محامي تاتليتوغ وطلب توقيع عقد لتنفيذ أعمال الدهان داخل المنزل، مشيرًا إلى أنه لم يوجّه العامل للصعود إلى السطح، وأنه خضع للإجراءات القانونية قبل إطلاق سراحه مع وضعه تحت الرقابة القضائية.
وتصاعدت الأزمة بعدما تقدّم صاحب الشركة ببلاغ رسمي ضد كيفانش تاتليتوغ ومحاميه إبراهيم أتيش، محمّلًا إياهما مسؤولية الملابسات المرتبطة بالحادثة. وفي المقابل، أصدر مكتب المحاماة الممثل للفنان بيانًا نفى فيه صحة ما تم تداوله، مؤكدًا أن الحادث وقع بينما كان تاتليتوغ وعائلته خارج المدينة، وأن أعمال الترميم كانت تُنفذ من قبل شركة محلية في جوكتُرك دون علم الفنان بتفاصيل العمل على سطح المنزل.
وشدد البيان على أن تاتليتوغ لم يصدر أي تعليمات تتعلق بصعود العامل إلى السطح، ولا تربطه صلة مباشرة بالواقعة، وأن الإجراءات القانونية اتُّخذت بحق الأطراف المسؤولة.
ولا تزال التحقيقات مستمرة لكشف ملابسات الحادث وتحديد المسؤوليات المرتبطة بأعمال الترميم.
The Turkish actor Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ has faced a new legal crisis following a serious incident that occurred inside his home during renovation work, resulting in a Turkmen worker suffering severe injuries after falling from the roof of the house in the GökTürk area of Istanbul.
According to Turkish media reports, the worker Bahadur Yangbiyev was taken to the hospital and placed in intensive care due to the severity of his condition.
During the investigations, the owner of the company responsible for the renovation work clarified that someone had introduced themselves as Tatlıtuğ’s lawyer and requested a contract to carry out painting work inside the house, indicating that he did not instruct the worker to go up to the roof, and that he underwent legal procedures before being released under judicial supervision.
The crisis escalated after the company owner filed an official complaint against Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ and his lawyer İbrahim Ateş, holding them responsible for the circumstances surrounding the incident. In response, the law office representing the artist issued a statement denying the accuracy of what had been circulated, confirming that the incident occurred while Tatlıtuğ and his family were out of town, and that the renovation work was being carried out by a local company in GökTürk without the artist’s knowledge of the details of the work on the roof of the house.
The statement emphasized that Tatlıtuğ did not issue any instructions regarding the worker’s ascent to the roof, nor does he have a direct connection to the incident, and that legal actions have been taken against the responsible parties.
Investigations are still ongoing to uncover the circumstances of the incident and determine the responsibilities associated with the renovation work.
